For over 16 years, Bergeron has been dedicated to delivering services that enable clients to optimize business applications, streamline processes, and establish an agile operating model that aligns with mission goals and objectives — resulting in a comprehensive IT strategy that is tied to mission outcomes and aligned with their strategic vision.
Over the course of his career, Bergeron has demonstrated thought leadership in the IT market and has been at the forefront of HP Enterprise Services Cloud strategy for the U.S. Public Sector. As the CT of Public Sector, he leads a team of chief technologists that are responsible for positioning HP’s capabilities and offerings within the U.S. Government market sector. In this role, Bergeron works directly with government agencies to define strategic transformation plans that enable our clients to maximize their IT budgets while aligning to mission goals and objectives.
As the CT for HP’s Public Sector, Bergeron is responsible for defining the regional technical strategy as it relates to market demands. Under his leadership, Bergeron works with mission stakeholders and clients to build repeatable industry solutions that are tied to business outcomes. In support of these efforts, Bergeron is responsible for building investment business cases, influencing sales, creating new and innovative products and services that will position HP as the market leader in the government market. Additionally, Bergeron is driving HP’s Cloud strategy for Public Sector and is recognized as a leader in Cloud computing, working with senior leaders in government and participating in industry forums.
Bergeron joined EDS in 1996 initially supporting the telecommunications market sector where he assisted large carriers with their vision to increase market share and diversify their portfolios by entering new markets. During this time, Bergeron continued to influence the adoption of leading IT standards that would increase productivity while streamlining operations.
He has been a contributing author to federal publications, industry analyst market studies as well as a speaker at various industry events and continues to support core leadership across the corporation.
Born in Connecticut, Bergeron obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and currently lives in Northern Virginia.
