    Tom Reilly has served as Vice President and General Manager of HP Enterprise Security Products. Mr. Reilly previously served as ArcSight Chief Executive Officer since October 2008. He also served as President of ArcSight since August 2007 and as a director since June 2008 until the acquisition of ArcSight by HP in 2010. Previously, Mr. Reilly served as ArcSight Chief Operating Officer from November 2006 to September 2008.

    Prior to ArcSight, Mr. Reilly served as Vice President of Business Information Services of IBM, a multinational computer, technology, and IT consulting corporation. In addition, Mr. Reilly served as Chief Executive Officer of Trigo Technologies, Inc., a product information management software company, from November 2000 until its acquisition in April 2004 by IBM.

    Mr. Reilly holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
