NIST Deputy Cyber Security Advisor Donna Dodson to Speak at FedScoop’s 2nd Annual CyberSecurity Summit
FedScoop’s first event in this year’s FedTalks series, the 2nd Annual Cybersecurity Summit, has confirmed Donna Dodson as a speaker. Ms. Dodson is the Division Chief of the Computer Security Division and the Deputy Cyber Security Advisor at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
As part of the management team, Ms. Dodson helps direct the development of NIST’s standards, technology and research for the protection of information systems against threats to the confidentiality of information, integrity of information and processes, and availability of information and services in order to build trust and confidence in IT systems. She is also an active contributor in the areas of authentication and cryptography. Donna has also managed programs including the Advanced Encryption Standard, key management, PKI, authentication and security testing.
