Curt Aubley serves as Intel Security/McAfee's vice president and CTO of the Americas. In this role, Aubley is responsible for thought leadership, technical vision, and strategy to help deliver innovative, intelligence-driven cyber solutions for the North and South American markets. He also will lead cross-McAfee initiatives on securing cloud computing and developing emerging technologies that deliver end-to-end, adaptive security and intelligence to protect critical infrastructure both within and across sectors.
Aubley joined McAfee from Lockheed Martin, where he held several senior roles over 12 years. Most recently he served in the company's Information Systems & Global Solutions division as vice president and CTO for Next Generation Cyber Innovation & Technology. In that role he led the creation of customer-focused cyber security, cloud computing and mission-focused IT Innovations for worldwide customers. In addition, Aubley headed Lockheed Martin's Global NexGen Cyber Innovation and Technology Centers and partner management program. During his tenure, Aubley was the recipient of three prestigious Lockheed Martin Nova and president's awards.
Aubley also held senior positions with AT&T and NCR/Teradata, and served as Commander of the US Army 10th Mountain / 11th Signal Brigade Data Defense Network Unit deployed in Somalia.
A renowned speaker and industry expert on cybersecurity and cloud computing, Aubley has written multiple books and articles on information technology. He also has served on the Technical Advisors Board for Intel & Microsoft.
