In a special appearance, IBM CEO Arvind Krishna kicked off the day with a powerful talk on hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence, and their impact on digital transformation. Then, IBM Executive Chairwoman Ginni Rometty discussed the future of public-private partnerships with top New York City IT official Jessica Tisch and Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos A. Giménez.

The remainder of the event was jam-packed with top government officials including Federal CIO Suzette Kent, GSA’s Anil Cheriyan and Dr. Paul Lawrence, Undersecretary for Benefits in the Department of Veterans Affairs, discussing pressing topics like modernization, emerging technology and emergency response.
