DOE CIO Ann Dunkin reflects on IT modernization milestones

Department of Energy CIO Ann Dunkin discusses the agency’s biggest achievements over the past year in terms of IT modernization. “One of the most amazing things we’ve been able to do is build collaboration across DOE and across interagency,” says Dunkin. She talks about their HR modernization effort as well as the management of their 38 tax programs in collaboration with the IRS.
