Cyber talent strategy on the way; Why federal contract spending is down

The federal government’s overall contract spending is down, according to new numbers from the Government Accountability Office. Tim DiNapoli, managing director for contracting and national security acquisition issues at the Government Accountability Office, explains the dip in spending and the impact COVID-19-related spending has had.
