House lawmakers seek bigger NSF role in AI education

A bipartisan bill would launch AI hubs across the country, and authorize NSF to award AI studies scholarships and create fellowships for AI professional development.

An AI weather lab lost NSF funding. Its leadership says that could hurt the talent pipeline

Rubin’s completion converged with technological advancements that are poised to spread the data it produces far and wide to researchers.
