OPM’s Guy Cavallo on improving services for citizens

Guy Cavallo, CIO for OPM, says that their most significant achievement for IT modernization in the past year is the establishment of an Enterprise OPM cloud—migrating 38 applications from on-premise data centers to the cloud. He says that cloud adoption enables less downtime, enhanced flexibility, interactive dashboards and reporting—benefitting citizens, employees and retirees. He’s now focused on improving OPM services for all citizens, including job applicants and federal employees.
