NASA announced Monday it awarded ASRC Research and Technology Solutions a $46 million Spectrum Management and Engineering Services Contract.
Under this contract, ASRC will perform required technical support and engineering studies in support of NASA’s requirements for spectrum allocations and assignments and support the coordination of national and international spectrum management organizations related to the agency’s mission needs, as well as its support of the U.S. commercial space communications industry.
This contract was awarded as non-competitive under the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program to ASRC, an Alaskan native firm. ASRC Research and Technology Solutions is a subsidiary of ASRC of Anchorage, Alaska.
