This position serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the supervision of the CIO.
The CTO is responsible for leading the technology strategy and direction for a wide variety of mission, business and enterprise systems, providing expert guidance, advisory services and investment and initiative planning in support of the information technology and business management needs of FEMA.
The development, implementation and management of a set of enterprise services are an integral part of the strategy to provide high quality and highly available services across FEMA.
