Federal Communications Chairman Julius Genachowski discussed the FCC’s recent efforts to improve agency performance and processes to support innovation, economic growth and America’s global competitiveness. He also announced a new plan toward retrospective review of regulatory practices in response to an Obama Administration executive order for independent regulatory agencies during a speech at Georgetown University on November 7.
