As part of the federal government’s ongoing .gov reform initiative, 24 agencies have submitted plans that will “help them streamline their web operations and improve customer service.”
The improvement strategies are related to Executive Order 13571, Streamlining Service Delivery and Improving Customer Service, issued by President Obama on April 27, 2011.
At the time of this writing, the Defense Department and the Office of Personnel Management had yet to submit their plans.
