In an effort to “re-invent how it delivers information and services online,” the federal government is soliciting open feedback on improving its web practices and policies. The National Dialogue on Improving Federal Websites initiative began today and ends September 30.
The discussion platform, powered by the ideation service IdeaScale, includes topics on user experience, content, services and transactions, universal access, search, social media, privacy, security and globalization.
The effort is part of the .gov Reform Initiative, led by the General Services Administration, that will guide the .gov Task Force in developing a National Web Strategy for the federal government.
