GSA Seeks Director of IT Schedule Programs

2011_05_GSAThe General Services Administration is searching for a Director of IT Schedule Programs that will manage the IT Schedule Contract Operations and IT Schedule Business Programs with business volumes more than $17 billion annually.

The Director of IT Schedule Programs provides nationwide leadership in developing, managing, and executing the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) IT Schedule Programs encompassing all of GSA’s IT schedules, which cover a wide variety of IT products, services and solutions required by Federal, State and local governments. The IT Schedule Progams total business volume is over $17 billion annually. Provides oversight and guidance to the operations of all IT Acquisition Centers nationwide. Manages and directs the IT Acquisition Center located in the Office of ITS in Central Office. Represents and speaks for the Assistant Commissioner for ITS on acquisition matters as it relates to the IT Schedule Programs before committees of Congress, the Office of Management and Budget, the Office of Federal Procurement Policy, and with other key officials of GSA, other Government agencies, industry representatives and the general public.

Salary range is $119,000-165,000/year. Application deadline is June 15. Only current Federal employees or those with SES career reinstatement eligibility can apply. U.S. citizenship is required.
