The Retention Prediction Network uses machine learning to predict Marine retention, aiding recruiters in improving completion rates, while the Aries Initiative automates platoon commanders’ tasks, reducing cognitive load. Clark, the Marine Corps’ AI Lead, emphasized the importance of agentic AI moving forward to support logistics, business processes and warfighter decision-making. He also highlighted the need for human oversight in AI decision-making to ensure final human control.
