    Congratulations Mr. Baitman.

    Liked the short clips, one question at a time. 
    Mr. Baitman said, “Take the right path – not the easy path.” I see SSA employees do that so often. It only takes one to make the good works of 100 suffer. 

    “Build your network.” Again, I have seen that often within SSA. Employees in the field offices and national call centers build bridges to employees in the processing centers.

    Some processing center managers don’t spot the rare untrained, take the easy path, isolated employee and that causes field office and customer grief.
