After receiving performance complaints during last week’s USAJobs website upgrade, the Office of Personnel Management has posted a video acknowledging the issues, addressing how they will resolve them and offering recommendations to site users.
In the video, “Jay from OPM” tells viewers that about six percent of the site’s visitors are experiencing problems, especially ones concerning site search, and says they are adding more servers to resolve these issues.
