Federal employees continue to be dedicated to their jobs and to accomplishing their missions, according to the Office of Personnel Management’s 2011 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey that included a record 266,000 responses.
Employees mentioned increases in satisfactions in areas like telework, workforce skills, safety and security and continue to believe their agencies are successful in their missions.
