This position is located in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The incumbent serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and reports directly to the CIO. The incumbent is a principal advisor to the CIO and is responsible for establishing an agency’s technical vision and leads all aspects of technology direction, according to its strategic direction and growth objectives. The CTO plays an integral role in the Department’s IT strategic direction, development, and growth.
