Kendall raises concerns about military's tech superiority

The Pentagon's chief weapons buyer is betting on the Defense Innovation Initiative to help the military keep pace with the potential adversaries of tomorrow.
The position will focus on helping federal agencies and U.S. Congress better leverage the social networking platform, as well as educate policymakers and regulators to help "advance policy beneficial to Twitter."
Among the preferred requirements are a law or other advanced degree and sense of humor.
