Introducing the Gov Actually podcast

Welcome to Gov Actually, the podcast that explores how the federal government actually works.

Welcome to Gov Actually, the podcast that explores how the federal government actually works. Hosted by by Dan Tangherlini, president of federal for SeamlessDocs, and Danny Werfel, a director with the Boston Consulting Group, the show is a refreshing and candid discussion about the operations and management elements that really drive the federal government but are too often left out of the conversation buried by headlines married to the political horse race.

In this episode, Tangherlini and Werfel talk about the genesis of the podcast, and the impact of the election on the federal agencies and workforce who will ultimately be asked to make good on President-elect Donald Trump’s campaign promises.

Following in the footsteps of popular political podcasts like “Keeping it 1600,” Gov Actually, Tangherlini says in this episode, tries to get at something that’s “missing from that dialogue, that I think actually needs to be out in the ether, at least people reacting to, even if we get it entirely wrong. And that’s this issue of not just the politics and the personalities but actually the operations and the processes and the systems — the really hard stuff.”
