OMB Releases Guide for Major IT Acquisitions

The Office of Management and Budget recently released a guide to assist agencies in submitting its Exhibit 300 for fiscal year 2013. Exhibit 300 reports are for planning, budget, acquisition and management of major information technology capital assets.
