Identify stakeholders and the resources required to engage stakeholders to use and sustain social learning. Responsible for the development of, successful implementation of and continued success of Employee Education System’s (EES) social learning strategy. Develop and define an operational social learning strategy to drive EES’s execution of a blended learning approach using social media (social networking, blogs, microblogs, wikis, podcasts, video sharing, collaborative workgroup sites, etc.) to enhance the effectiveness of the learning activity within a Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare learning environment.
