DorobekInsider's Chris Dorobek is reporting that U.S. Chief Information Officer Vivek Kundra has tapped Lisa Schlosser, Director of EPA’s Office of Information Collection for former HUD CIO, as the new Federal Deputy CIO. Dorobek has a complete bio of Schlosser here.
Stay tuned for details.
Lisa Schlosser will be the next deputy administrator in OMB’s Office of E-Government and Information Technology, the DorobekINSIDER first reported, essentially serving as deputy to Federal CIO Vivek Kundra.
Schlosser replaces Mike Howell, who left OMB last year for the Information Sharing Environment.
For the past three years, Schlosser has overseen the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Information Collection and was previously the CIO at HUD.
