The Congressional Budget Office has released three infographics to help explain key parts of the federal budget: revenues, mandatory and discretionary spending.
The infographics provide a more detailed look at the material presented in CBO’s infographic on the federal budget, released in December, that provided an overview of key elements of the budget and a visual history of the deficit and debt over the past 40 years.
