This time, we were able to pull Dan and Danny away from their excitement for the Washington Capitals historic run to win the Stanley Cup for a brief hypothetical: What if they were co-directors of the Office of Personnel Management for a day?
In episode 25, they discuss civil service, from talent recruitment and hiring to retention, performance and engagement, and what they would do to make the federal government a more effective and competitive employer if they were operating its human resources agency. This all comes amidst the major civil service reforms currently being driven by the Trump administration.
