Reform today is viewed by many as the new normal, especially in government. It’s no longer defined by episodic change, but by the continuous evolution of technologies, policies, procedures and strategic thinking. Today’s reform leaders approach reform not as a one-time fix, but as a normal part of their organization’s day-to-day mission. And of course, data is playing a greater and greater role in the day-to-day operations of government and private sector enterprises. A particular challenge facing these organizations is finding ways to effectively extract value from their data.
To help us better understand these issues, FedScoop Radio recently spoke with Ezmeralda Khalil, a principal in the Strategic Innovation Group at Booz Allen Hamilton.
The interview runs about 8 minutes.
