New FTC Video Helps Businesses With CAN-SPAM Compliance

The Federal Trade Commission released a new video with a seven-point checklist to help businesses comply with commercial email messages under the CAN-SPAM Act. Businesses found in violation of the rules face up to a $16,000 fine per violation.
