The Office of Personnel Management released guidance for the preparation and submission for the 2011 Fiscal Year Human Capital Management Report.
OPM has modified this year’s HCMR to streamline the reporting process, providing a template format and by reducing the redundancy of reporting data. Agencies will receive additional guidance soon on how to submit reporting using an automated process, according to a memo from OPM Associate Director for Employee Services Angela Bailey.
