Duncan Named to Lead DoD Network Programs

The Department of Defense has named Terry Duncan as director of communications and network programs in the Office of the Chief Information Officer. Duncan previously served as director of systems engineering in the CIO office.

Before coming to the DoD in 2008, Duncan spent 10 years in the Air Force, most notably as chief of the optics division. He has a Master’s Degree in computer science from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering from the Air Force Academy.
