Patel has emphasized the need to connect better digital experiences, secure AI adoption and stronger defenses within a simpler technology environment. In 2026, Cloudflare achieved FedRAMP High authorization, expanding its ability to support agencies handling sensitive information. His work focuses on helping federal customers modernize security and connectivity while reducing the complexity that can slow implementation, strain resources and make it harder to respond to emerging threats.
