Carmen Krueger

Carmen Krueger leads Microsoft’s U.S. federal business, working with agencies and partners to apply cloud, cybersecurity and AI capabilities to government missions. She joined Microsoft in September 2025 after nearly two decades in leadership roles at SAP, with additional experience at Qualtrics. A Navy veteran who served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Krueger brings both government and commercial perspectives to technology modernization. Her leadership centers on helping agencies improve productivity and services while meeting the security requirements of federal work.
