Lynn Martin leads Workday Government, drawing on more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of technology and public service. Her earlier leadership roles at Google and VMware included building businesses focused on government and other regulated sectors. At Workday, Martin helps agencies modernize workforce and financial operations, connecting technology investments with the people, funding and skills needed to deliver their missions. In July 2026, Workday Adaptive Planning received FedRAMP Moderate authorization, expanding federal access to tools that bring budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning together. Martin has emphasized the value of connected information in helping leaders assess trade-offs, allocate resources and prepare for organizational change.
