Overseeing how the Department of Homeland Security collects and processes mountains of data, Donna Roy said her proudest achievement is not what she has accomplished, but seeing what her team can do, especially in the face of tremendous change and budget uncertainty. “But through all of that, I’ve seen my team come together and do the work that they do so well, and in such a innovative and creative way, that we’ve had no breaches on our public websites,” she said. “We’ve provided data that have made a meaningful difference in the War on Terrorism. And we provide great state of the art collaboration tools for our state and locals that are helping them save lives.”
