Department of Housing and Urban Development Chief Technology Officer Mark Day is joining the General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service Integrated Technology Service as the Director of Strategic Solutions.
Day will oversee the governmentwide acquisition contract program and the Center for Strategic Solutions and Security Services, GSA Assistant Comissioner for ITS Mary Davie said.

Day was previously the CTO and deputy chief information officer at the Environmental Protection Agency and CTO and vice president at McDonald Bradley.
