He said: “A good leader must be able to inspire his/her workforce to follow them on the journey … I also believe as a leader you must be willing to continually demonstrate your commitment, drive, and dedication to improving the organization’s performance.” According to Cavallo, setting a clear vision and strategy is crucial for any IT transformation journey, because an organization needs it to be able to understand the priorities that will be followed to successfully implement a vision.
